O Lagar da Beira Azeite Virgem Extra é obtido diretamente de azeitonas e exclusivamente por processos mecânicos, garantindo a preservação dos aromas originais e do sabor autêntico do fruto. A extração a frio permite manter intactas as características naturais do azeite, respeitando a matéria-prima e a tradição oleícola da Beira Interior.
Apresenta um aroma frutado, uma boa acidez e uma frescura equilibrada, resultando num perfil harmonioso, suave e elegante no paladar. Um azeite genuíno, que reflete o carácter da região e o saber-fazer tradicional do lagar.
